Before we can issue the breakdown insurance policy, please confirm that the following statements are true:

  • I meet all of the the eligibility criteria
  • The vehicle must have an MOT (unless exempt), be taxed, insured and registered in the UK
  • All of the answers I have given are true and complete and I have disclosed all the facts which could be regarded as material. I understand that failure to do so may invalidate my insurance or result in claims being rejected or reduced.
  • I understand that if any of the information provided changes after I have purchased the policy and during the period of the policy that I must provide Police Mutual with details.
  • I understand that you exchange information with other insurers and the Police to prevent fraud, detect uninsured drivers and for the purposes of electronic car licensing
  • I understand that I may cancel the policy within 14 days of receiving the policy documents, or at any time afterwards. If you cancel within 14 days we will make a charge equal to the period of cover you have had. If you cancel after 14 days you will not be entitled to any refund of premium.
  • I agree that this product matches my need of ensuring I am covered in the event of a vehicle breakdown whilst in the UK.
